Payment Processing

When you provide payment information, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Wildcat NIL uses Stripe to process credit and debit card transactions. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

Wildcat NIL shall not be liable for any issues related to payments processed through Stripe.

Cancellation or Returns

You may cancel your membership in Wildcat NIL at any time by logging in to your account and updating your settings. Depending on when you cancel, your payment method may still be charged if the cancellation overlaps with a pending billing cycle.

Returns of Goods (other than memberships) are only allowed with prior written consent from Wildcat NIL and may be subject to restocking fees. Memberships are not refundable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and indemnity) will remain in effect.

Indemnification
